1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all participants, attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, and ticket holders (“Participants”) of Swiss Fintech Week (“the Event”).By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Event Format
Swiss Fintech Week is a decentralized event format consisting of multiple independent events, sessions, and activities organised by the Organisers and selected event partners.
Program details, speakers, venues, formats, and schedules may be subject to change.
3. Tickets & Registration
Tickets are issued electronically via Ticketino.Tickets are personal unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to Participants who violate these T&Cs or disrupt the Event.
4. Prices, VAT & Payment
All ticket prices are listed in CHF.
Ticket prices displayed during the ticket selection do not include Swiss VAT.
Applicable Swiss VAT will be added and displayed at the final step of the checkout process.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
Ticket purchases are processed via Ticketino; Ticketino’s technical and payment-related terms apply in addition to these T&Cs.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Paid Tickets – Swiss Fintech Week
Cancellations made until 31 May 2026 are eligible for a refund.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, as follows:
- For super early-bird tickets, 6,35% of the ticket price
- For early-bird tickets, 5,1% of the ticket price
- For full price tickets, 4,65% of the ticket price
Cancellations made after 31 May 2026 are non-refundable, but remain transferable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5.2 Free Tickets
Free tickets may be cancelled at any time.
No cancellation fee applies.
No refunds apply, as no payment has been made
5.3 No-Shows
Failure to attend the Event without prior cancellation (“no-show”) does not entitle the Participant to a refund.
6. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation by the Organisers
The Organisers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, venues, or timing of the Event.
In the event of cancellation of Swiss Fintech Week by the Organisers, ticket holders will be informed and offered a refund or an alternative solution at the Organisers’ discretion.
The Organisers are not liable for additional costs incurred by Participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
7. Conduct & Behaviour
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
The Organisers reserve the right to remove Participants from the Event without refund in cases of inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
8. Photography, Video & Media
By attending the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for documentation, reporting, and marketing purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must inform the Organisers in writing prior to the Event.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
Participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk.
The Organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.Sessions, venues, and activities organised by third-party partners operate under their own responsibility.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Further details are outlined in the Privacy Policy available on the Event website.
11. Force Majeure
The Organisers shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory legal provisions apply.
13. Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
