1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Swiss Fintech Week website and the pre-registration of interest in Swiss Fintech Week (the “Event”).
By accessing the website or submitting a pre-registration, users agree to these Terms.
2. Organizer
Swiss Fintech Week is not a separate legal entity. The Event is jointly organized by:
- Tenity AG
- FuW Forum AG
(each individually an “Organizer” and together the “Organizers”).
3. Pre-Registration (No Ticket Purchase)
The pre-registration offered on the Swiss Fintech Week website is intended solely to allow interested persons to receive information about the Event, in particular regarding the start of ticket sales and relevant Event updates.
Pre-registration does not constitute a ticket purchase, does not guarantee ticket availability, and does not create any contractual obligation between the user and the Organizers.
A binding contract for participation in the Event will only be formed once tickets are officially offered for sale and successfully purchased under the applicable terms and conditions at that time.
4. Event Information and Changes
The Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event program, formats, speakers, locations, schedule, or other Event-related details at any time. Information published prior to the start of ticket sales is non-binding and subject to change.
5. Communication
By pre-registering, users agree to be contacted by email for the purpose of:
- being informed when ticket sales open, and
- receiving relevant updates and information related to Swiss Fintech Week.
Users may withdraw their consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Swiss Fintech Week does not operate as an independent data controller. Personal data submitted in connection with the pre-registration (such as name and email address) is processed by the Organizers in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is processed solely for the purposes described in these Terms and will not be shared with third parties unless explicitly stated in the above privacy policies.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers exclude all liability for damages arising from the use of the website or from pre-registration, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Organizers assume no liability for the content of external websites linked from the Swiss Fintech Week website.
8. Availability of the Website
The Organizers do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or error-free operation. Temporary limitations due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons may occur.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the time of website use or pre-registration shall apply. These Terms will be expanded prior to the start of ticket sales to include provisions relating to ticket purchases, payments, cancellations, refunds, and Event participation.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
