Dr. Simon Kauth has more than 30 years of experience in the Swiss banking and financial technology industry. He is Head of Technology & Services and a member of the Executive Board at Luzerner Kantonalbank. Previously, he served as Chief Product Officer at Finnova and held senior roles at Avaloq Group and Bank Vontobel. Over the course of his career, he has led large international technology and product organisations, overseen business-critical banking systems, and shaped major transformation and innovation initiatives. He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen.
