Philipp Rickenbacher is Chairman of CV VC, an early-stage VC and accelerator based in Zug. As an advisor, investor, and Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, he supports startups and established companies at the intersection of finance and technology. Previously, he was CEO of Julius Baer and spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles across the financial industry. He holds a degree in biotechnology from ETH Zurich and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard.
